How does your monthly subscription work?
1. Choose your subscription package
We have two options to choose from:
One LP a month - This is our curated record picked by our experts, with a blog to describe the album in our music lounge.
Two LPs a month - This is our curated record and a classic album.
Fear not, our classic album isn’t your normal classic, it’s been selected as a must-have for any record collector!
2. We post out your records:
Once you’ve purchased your subscription package we’ll ship out your subscription on or around the 14th of each month.
3. When it arrives:
Sit back, relax, drop that needle, and enjoy the music.
4. Share your thoughts and experience of the album on social media and don't forget to tag us as we LOVE to see your new arrivals in action..
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if I don’t like what you send to me?
We don’t offer returns on our monthly subscriptions but we do spend a long time selecting the perfect records for you, so we hope this doesn’t happen very often! Joining our club does require placing trust in us, but we always hope that you’ll see the value in your subscription as our monthly theme has had a lotta love put into it.
Where are my records?
Our monthly subscription is sent out on the same date each month (14th).
If it hasn’t arrived within 7 days (UK only) then please do get in touch with us.
Can I buy a one-off issue?
Yes! If it’s in stock. We have back issues for sale, but this is always done after the month, and once it’s gone - it’s gone.
If you are interested in a back issue then use the contact form or email us at runoutrecordclub@gmail.com to get in touch and we will confirm its availability and arrange an invoice.
I’d like to cancel.
We’re sad to see you go, but we get it!
You can cancel by either ending your direct debit.
Alternatively, message us at runoutrecordclub@gmail.com and we’ll sort it for you.
